Why should you trust KME Systems with one of your most valuable assets, your IT infrastructure? Because for almost 20 years I’ve been able to say 3 words. We get IT.

I like the play on words with the initials IT. Does it mean simply “it” or the fancier Information Technology? I genuinely feel both meanings apply.

Your IT systems are critical to your business. Whether you have one PC or 1000, a couple of phones or a distributed communication system, if it’s not working, then your business is suffering. It’s the same for KME and any other business. We understand it, so do our suppliers and manufacturer’s. IT is an overall effort to assist your business successfully run the business, meaning perform its process and make a profit. IT should never get in the way. IT should be a cost effective, reliable set of solutions to enable you to get your job done. We get it.

If everything IT is working right, KME helps you get a little more life-work balance. Work is important to us all, but enjoying family and friends is essential as well. A while ago, I asked a client “What keeps you up at night?” her answer was, “Anything you support lets me sleep! Everything else keeps me up at night! “ Whether you ask us to run all of your IT or deploy a basic solution, we can assist, giving you back some time in your day and maybe helping you sleep a little better!

We have our own processes and software that track configurations, serial numbers, service tickets, servers, phones, etc, but at the core of all our systems are reliable people who genuinely enjoy what they do, they don’t lose sight of you the customer and know you have a choice. They get it.

Our goals are simple. Understand your company, get to know your needs, provide the necessary technology and processes to further your enterprise while we mutually enjoy doing business together.
