We present our technical analysis and our scope of work to you. We’ll cover your pain points and your needs, and implement any tweaks or changes based on your feedback. Once we agree on a scope of work, we create a plan that takes into account your goals, needs, and current IT infrastructure. We develop a holistic IT strategy that addresses your short and long-term goals along with an implementation timeline.
We get to work
This marks the beginning of the project management phase. We will begin implementing your new solutions and workflows, always with the goal of minimizing downtime. Once implemented, we assist your staff by training them on any new solutions or workflows. Once we are confident in the implementation and training, we will review everything to ensure we hit our goals.
After the implementation, we immediately transition into the support phase. We continually monitor, patch, and update your systems to bolster your overall security while lowering your operational risk. Our goal is to secure you from cyber threats and reduce risk so you can focus more confidently on your business.
In order to keep your business operating a peak efficiency and give you a strong posture for the future, we regularly assess your solutions so we can clean up any errors or plan out improvements.
